New Campers

You need to create a CampMinder account to
submit your application.

Returning Campers

Log into your existing CampMinder account to
submit your application.

Creating a new CampMinder account takes about 10 minutes. In addition to camper basics like name and age, you will be asked to provide parent/guardian contact information and additional relevant medical details.

Once your account is created, submitting future applications will take just a few minutes of your time.

Eligibility

While Pine Tree Camp is able to accommodate almost any camper with a developmental or physical disability, there are several requirements that must be met before an applicant is accepted.

Every applicant must:

  • Have a developmental or physical disability
  • Meet the age limit for each session (8 to 18 for children; 19 and older for adults)
  • Have the ability to participate in the program and interact with other campers
  • Not represent a physical danger to themselves or others

Campers are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
