Leadership in Training
Pine Tree Camp’s Leadership in Training (LIT) program is the only one of its kind in Maine. This paid employment program is designed for teens ages 14 to 18. LIT provides motivated high school students of all abilities hands-on experience working at camp through a structured program designed to help them explore and prepare for future careers.
Pine Tree Camp’s Leaders in Training Program is a one year, inclusive opportunity for Maine students to set a strong foundation for their future success in the workplace, with a chance of working at Pine Tree Camp the following year.
Objectives –
Over the summer the LIT’s will be working on gaining measurable skills in the following areas through experiential learning and direct teaching.
