Information about camper applications

Applications for all of our programs, from overnight summer sessions to retreats and family weekends, go through CampMinder. If you are applying for the first time you’ll need to create a CampMinder account which should take about 10 minutes. In addition to camper basics like name and age, you will be asked to provide parent/guardian contact information and additional relevant medical details.

Once your account is created, submitting future applications will take just a few minutes of your time.

Eligibility

While Pine Tree Camp is able to accommodate almost any camper with a developmental or physical disability, there are several requirements that must be met before an applicant is accepted.

Every applicant must:

  • Have a developmental or physical disability
  • Meet the age limit for each session (8 to 18 for children; 19 and older for adults)
  • Have the ability to participate in the program and interact with other campers
  • Not represent a physical danger to themselves or others

Campers are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
