Joan Quinn

Joan Quinn is the Interim Director of Case Management at Pine Tree Society, a role she stepped into in 2026 after serving as an adult case manager since 2022. A passionate advocate for self-determination and lifelong learning, Joan is dedicated to opening doors and building bridges of opportunity for every individual Pine Tree Society serves.

She brings extensive experience from community behavioral health settings, where she spent years as a mental health therapist and program manager specializing in improving systems of care and access for children and adults. She holds a degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In her downtime, Joan finds balance through art, Zumba and yoga. She loves spending time with her friends and family and can often be found exploring nature with her beloved dog, Joy.
