Tory Soutiere is a finance and operations leader with nearly two decades of experience driving impact within nonprofit and education organizations. She brings deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, and grants management, with a proven track record of strengthening systems and partnering with leadership teams to achieve sustainable, mission-driven growth.

Tory holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Social Impact at Boston University.

Having grown up in southern Maine, she is honored to leverage her professional expertise to support such an innovative organization dedicated to bettering the lives of Mainers.

Outside of work, Tory enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors with her wife, Maia, and their son, George.
