Pine Tree Camp’s Dirigo Experience featured on WABI-TV5

Now in its fifth year, this special week-long camp provides a vital space for Deaf and hard-of-hearing youth to connect, break through isolation and simply enjoy being kids. Whether it’s trying something new outdoors or making lifelong friendships, our campers are showing that anything they set their minds to is possible.

This specialized camp honors the legacy of its founder, Joshua Seal, who created Dirigo Experience in 2022 to empower Deaf youth in Maine. We are so proud to carry his dream forward alongside his family and our amazing volunteers.
