Pine Tree Society marks 90th anniversary with new documentary

This year, Pine Tree Society reached a landmark milestone: 90 years of creating possibilities for Maine people with disabilities.

To honor this significant anniversary, we’re producing a documentary tracing our organization’s journey from its humble beginnings to its modern-day impact. By weaving together archival photos and video with personal memories, this documentary tells the story of how our community chose to redefine ‘disability’ as ‘possibility.’
