Pine Tree Society is conducting a statewide Community Needs Assessment survey to capture a detailed picture of service needs among people living with a disability in Maine. Pine Tree Society will use the findings to better address challenges and barriers that prevent people living with disabilities from achieving a higher quality of life.
Within this 10-minute survey, there are specific questions for different types of community members, including:
- Person with a disability
- Caregiver of a child or children with disabilities (under 18)
- Caregiver of an adult or adults with disabilities (over 18)
- Provider of services for people with disabilities
- Health care provider
- School-based provider
- Advocate

All responses will be kept confidential. This survey will close Friday, January 27 at 5:00pm and the results will be shared this Spring.
